A: Sorry, but we don't. We only sell online.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: We sell directly to our customers to help keep our prices as low as possible. Selling wholesale would force us to raise our prices to allow others to compete.

Q: Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
A: Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide, including Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Brunei, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Bahamas, Tobago, Trinidad, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the UK.
Q: Can I track my order in transit?
A: When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Tracking Number (for USPS Express Mail & FedEx 2Day Express) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (for USPS Priority Mail). A Delivery Confirmation Number cannot be used to track packages in transit, it can only be used to find out if any delivery attempts have been made and when your package arrives at its final destination. International orders cannot be tracked while in transit.
Q: Must I be at the shipping address when the package arrives?
A: It depends. If your order is under $100, we do not require a signature. If your order exceeds $100 we require a signature upon delivery, except APO/FPO addresses. If you are not available, several attempts to deliver the package will be made. You can also pick up your package from the Post Office or the courier's designated location. Instructions will be provided by the courier if you are unavailable to receive your package.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We pre-make most of our styles so you can receive the jewelry as soon as possible. To calculate the estimated arrival date for an item, simply add the item availability (found on the item page) to the shipping speed. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need help calculating arrival dates.
Q: I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email. Has my order been shipped yet?
A: You will receive a confirmation email after the order ships. On rare occasions, your order may take slightly longer to ship than expected. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your email account may be blocking our message. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
About Our Diamonds & Gemstones
Q: I'm interested in purchasing your diamond body jewelry, and it's important to me that the diamond is conflict-free. Could you please let me know?
A: Good question. Yes, all of our diamonds are conflict-free. In fact, U.S. legislation passed a few years ago makes it impossible for “blood diamonds” to be sold legally in this country.
Q: I've noticed that you only sell diamonds. Cubic zirconia styles are much cheaper and seem to look the same, so why don't you offer them?
A: The short is answer is that they really aren't the same. You've heard the phrase, “A diamond is forever?” That's the idea at AlluringBody. You can't get the same sparkle and brilliance with a CZ, and CZs tend to fall out of their settings because they're usually glued in - not properly set. We only sell what we feel comfortable wearing ourselves, and that means real, shimmering diamonds in high-quality settings.
Q: How do I know if your diamonds and gemstones are real?
A: All of the stones in our jewelry are genuine. If you were to inspect our stones with a loop you will find tiny inclusions that occur in natural stones. If you take our jewelry to a local jeweler, they will be able to verify this.
Q: Does your diamond jewelry come with a certificate?
A: All of our high-end diamond jewelry (.5ct or larger) comes with a GIA certificate. Our smaller diamonds do not have a certificate because the cost would be too great.
Q: I found a style that I like, but I want it made with a different gemstone. Is this possible?

Q: Do you make custom bar lengths?

Q: What are the tiny letters on the jewelry?
The letters are the initials of the jeweler who made the piece, plus 14K and/or "58.5". 14k and "58.5" indicate the purity of the gold or the gold content. All quality jewelry should be stamped for authenticity.
Q: Is your body piercing jewelry internally or externally threaded? What is the difference?
A: All of our bars are externally threaded. Externally threaded body jewelry is stronger and more expensive to make than internally threaded body jewelry. Internally threaded body jewelry is made with cheaper hallow bars that can bend or break. Ouch! All of our bars are made with nickel-free solid gold or pure platinum.
Q: I just got a piercing, when can I change my jewelry?
A: Please consult with a piercing professional. Most piercers recommend that the piercing heal completely before changing the jewelry. We feel that body jewelry should always be first changed by a professional in a sterile environment.
I just received my white gold, 1 mm nose screw today, which is excellent... This diamond stud is just exactly what I have been looking for - tiny, discreet, yet sparkly and yes, sexy. I very rarely buy fine jewelry for myself, but when I came across this nose screw online, I knew I had to have it! I just love it.
