Before I even pierced my nose, I scoped out this diamond nose screw and I wanted it immediately. The original piercer put in a little fake diamond and I almost didn't want to buy a real one because the fake one looked fine. BUT, after receiving this I cannot even describe how beautiful and bright and sparkly it is. Putting them side to side, I cannot believe I even thought about leaving in the faux diamond!
