I love the look, the size, the beautiful packaging (My husband said it was easy to order and arrived very quickly. It was a Christmas gift.) but I chose the wrong type, on the suggestion of a friend, the screw type twists and turns all day and is constantly showing and I am constantly pushing it out of sight and it moves a lot up and down so sometimes it looks like the diamond is floating above the nose.
